Official description: Since 2015, Microsoft has evolved and refined Windows 10 over 5 major updates. Discover what’s there that can improve your productivity and comfort level with the system.  We will explore how to customize the system to your needs and get things done helped by a 28-year Windows support professional.  Bring your laptop or use a PC in our lab.

Session 1
​Working with an "OS"

Improve your overall comfort level with the Windows 10 OS through familiarity with basic functions and features and the differences between Windows 10 versions that may be encountered in office, educational, and home environments.
​Understand your options for signing in/signing out and the parts of the system.

Session 2
​Getting Around
Basic Usage

Build facility in system navigation of both the User Interface and its underlying file system to launch apps, manage files and folders, as well as use OS tools to configure and customize elements of the system.

Gain insight on options in Windows 10 in particular areas of interest defined by you with the instructor in session 2.
